How it works:
1. Submit Your Custom Order Request

Fill out our custom order form or email us at info@danmcquadeart.com
2. Confirmation email

Next we will review your order and send a confirmation email. You will receive a design description and price confirmation. If you are happy with your design please continue to payment. If you have any questions or concerns please ask now.
3. Payment
-
At this time a 50% non-refundable payment will be required prior to starting your order. When your order is complete you will be prompted to pay the remaining 50%.
4. Creation

An order receipt will be sent once payment is received and your order will be started.

Please note, once started any major changes will concur additional revision costs.

Given the nature of ceramics please understand that your order may take 1-2 months to be completed.
5. Final Payment

When your order is finished you will receive an email with photos of your piece and the final 50% payment will be due at this time. A payment link will be provided in the email. Once payment is received your order will be shipped with in the next 2 business days.
