When commissioning a piece, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with a skilled artisan bringing your vision to life with high quality materials and unmatched craftsmanship. 

How it works:

1. Submit Your Custom Order Request


2. Confirmation email

  • Next we will review your order and send a confirmation email. You will receive a design description and price confirmation. If you are happy with your design please continue to payment. If you have any questions or concerns please ask now.

3. Payment​

  • At this time a 50% non-refundable payment will be required prior to starting your order. When your order is complete you will be prompted to pay the remaining 50%.

4. Creation

  • An order receipt will be sent once payment is received and your order will be started.

  • Please note, once started any major changes will concur additional revision costs.

  • Given the nature of ceramics please understand that your order may take 1-2 months to be completed.


5. Final Payment

  • When your order is finished you will receive an email with photos of your piece and the final 50% payment will be due at this time. A payment link will be provided in the email. Once payment is received your order will be shipped with in the next 2 business days.
